- How can the hold on my credit card be removed from my account?
- Tower is not capable of putting a hold on your account. The hold is placed on your account by your bank or credit card provider. The hold should be released from your account in 1-3 days. Tower is unable to remove the "hold" on your account because they are not the party that placed you on hold originally.
